CARDINAL WATER – RULED BY THE MOON – RULES THE 4TH HOUSE Ruled by the Moon, Cancers are one of the most intuitive, sensitive signs of the zodiac. This can be exhausting for such a sensitive sign! When Pisces learns the lessons of sacrifice and helping others while at the same time, protecting her own sensitive soul, she can transcend any boundary on Earth and lead all of us to the most universal, everlasting form of love.
